Having grown up in Christchurch, Sam is a Full Member of the New Zealand Audiological Society and has over 7 years experience working throughout the Canterbury region.
Sam understands that hearing issues are both complex and unique to each person and that listening to your concerns and goals is the most important part of any appointment.

Jan Blair is our Senior Administrator. With close to 20 years experience in the hearing care industry across New Zealand and Australia, Jan is an expert in her role. Jan is committed to our clients and has a strong family focused approach to client care.

Anna is our Senior Ear Nurse specialising in ear wax removal.
She is one of Christchurch’s most experienced ear nurses and is known for providing the highest standards of care.
Her premium service is guaranteed friendly, gentle and with some good conversation along the way!
Juliet is passionate about providing high-quality care and support to all her patients.
She grew up in South Canterbury and has been practicing throughout Canterbury for over 13 years.
As a full member of the New Zealand Audiological Society (NZAS), Juliet is able to help with all your third-party funding applications (ACC, Veteran’s Affairs, Insurance and Government Subsidies).
The favourite part of Juliet's day is when she is able to help her patients leave hearing better than when they arrived.
Barbara is local to south Canterbury and has worked in the hearing industry for the past 15 years. Prior to that, Barbara worked in hospitality and so she so knows the importance of great customer service!
Barbara enjoys helping to problem-solve hearing aid faults and is excited to be back working for a locally owned and operated hearing care business.
Lloyd established the Hearing Advantage family of Audiology clinics, which grew to provide services throughout Christchurch and the upper South Island including Timaru and Nelson.
Now focused on governance roles, he is the Deputy Chair of the Canterbury branch of the NZ Institute of Directors, representing our region on the Institute’s National Council.
Lloyd is a founding trustee of Ōtautahi Community Housing Trust, which is working to increase the supply of warm, dry and affordable housing in Christchurch.
He is also the Chair of Ministry of Awesome, which supports ambitious startup businesses to take on the world, whilst creating opportunities and jobs for the local community.
John previously worked in Audiology both in Canterbury and overseas for over 20 years.
His experience includes being Head of the Audiology Department at Christchurch Hospital for 10 years, helping to establish cochlear implant services in Christchurch, overseeing the Childrens’ Hearing aid service programme in Canterbury, guest lecturing Audiology at Canterbury University and co-authoring several research papers on electro-cochleography.
John was inspired to become involved with Bellbird Hearing as he saw the need for a truly independent, patient focused hearing care service in Christchurch.
